Authorized Advertising Account Data: In the course of providing managed marketing services, our internal systems access Google Ads accounts strictly through authorized OAuth 2.0 consent or Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) administrative access granted by account owners.
Campaign Performance Metrics: We process aggregated campaign metadata, performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, expenditure), and structural configurations necessary to analyze and optimize campaign delivery.
Technical Server Logs: Like most standard web servers, our hosting platform records basic technical logs (IP addresses, user agents, timestamps) strictly for security, traffic monitoring, and debugging purposes.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected is used exclusively for legitimate business purposes:

To provide performance marketing consultancy and search visibility advisory services.
To operate, configure, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns managed within our authorized Google Ads MCC accounts.
To automate routine campaign operations, budget pacing, and reporting workflows via the Google Ads API.
To respond to direct business inquiries and communications.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

ANA Studio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

Restricted Purpose: We access Google user and advertising data solely to deliver, operate, and improve campaign management functions authorized by the account owner.
No Resale or Transfer: We never sell, lease, trade, or distribute Google Ads data to third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks.
No General AI/ML Model Training: Data accessed via Google APIs is never used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Human Access Restrictions: Human access to Google account data is restricted strictly to authorized technical personnel requiring access for operational support or troubleshooting.

5. Data Security and Confidentiality

We maintain robust administrative and technical safeguards to protect all credentials and data:

OAuth 2.0 authentication tokens and API credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard cryptographic protocols.
Access to operational systems is gated by multi-factor authentication (MFA) and restricted strictly to authorized team members.
We do not maintain unencrypted local copies of sensitive client financial records or account passwords.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Account performance metrics and operational logs are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill contracted campaign management obligations.
Account owners may revoke ANA Studio's API access at any time through their Google Account Security Permissions settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
Upon formal termination of services or written request sent to hi@ahmadnaim.com, all associated API tokens and client account configurations will be purged within 30 business days.
